Called The Lovell’s as I knew they were experts in the Beldon area and was impressed from the very first meeting. Chris was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Everything I was looking for. Advised me he thought we could achieve a price which was higher than my expectations and suggested I didn’t need to spend further money on the property to achieve a good result, as had been my intention, so I confidently left the marketing strategy to him.
