We would like to sincerely thank Gareth Drunmond at Realmark Scarborough for the incredible result achieved during the recent sale of our house in Scarborough. 3 years ago, Gareth was the agent who sold us the house as first home buyers. Every effort was made by Gareth to explain the at times overwhelming process to us and guided us through with respect, patience and professionalism. Naturally when it came to choosing an agent to sell our house, the choice was an easy one. We could not have been happier with the outcome - on the market for only one week and an offer above asking price was secured. From the first meeting to the final phone call on settlement day, Gareth consistently went above and beyond the call of duty, making himself available to answer questions and constantly maintaining communication with us. He was attentive, honest, trustworthy and warm, and his knowledge of the industry and in particular real estate in the Scarborough area is second to none. I would have no hesitation in using Gareth's services for any future real estate endeavors and could not recommend him highly enough for anyone looking to buy or sell property. Thank you again Gareth Lauren and Jamie Stowell
