Brad's advantage over other realtors is that his presentation, confidence and honesty. Although others may be available to message and be in contact 24/7 I respect that Brad has a life outside of work and this generally was not an issue for me. I recommend Brad to any seller who is looking to present their property in the best way to optimise their return.

I would like to say that Brad was recommended to me by a trusted friend. He was spot on with his market analysis & his price prediction was identical to what we received. He took his analysis to a micro level which really showed he new what he was talking about. Even though we wavered at times he patiently worked through the plan that he had laid out. We stuck to it & achieved the desired results. Our property was tenanted which added another layer of complexity. He was fantastic in his dealings with the tenants & took that responsibility off our hands. Thank you Brad for a job well done :) in a tough market. I have no problem recommending Brad to any future customers.

We found Gareth accurate in his assessment of our property's situation in the market. He was easy to work with and maintained good communication throughout the sales process. I would recommend him.

I met Gareth when looking to purchase a home in Scarborough. From the outset I was impressed by Gareth, both his professional approach and his personable nature. That combination of qualities is not always evident in this environment. On more than one occasion Gareth went well beyond my expectations to ensure that my requests were met and it became obvious to me that this was quite typical behavior with both Seller and Purchaser. His dedication to his Clients is unquestionable, as is his professional integrity. I will certainly engage Gareth in any of my future Realestate dealings and would strongly recommended him to others.

Thank you Gareth for your outstanding help when we bought our Scarborough home. Gareth was extremely approachable, professional, very accommodating & flexible enabling us to visit the home on a number of occasions. We felt under no pressure to hurry when visiting the home and Gareth answered all of our questions. He negotiated well to secure the purchase, as we still had to sell our home. We can highly recommend Gareth to help you when selling or buying a home. We will definitely ask Gareth to sell our home when the time comes.

We cannot recommend Gareth enough as an agent. He has been our agent for the sale and purchase of our last three properties. He is very efficient and will go above and beyond the expected service of any agent. A total joy to work with. Thank you.

Gareth was the real estate agent on a property we purchased in Scarborough. It was a pleasure to deal with Gareth during proceedings. He stayed in touch regularly to keep us informed on progress and was always prompt and clear in his communications, whether by email or phone. We felt that Gareth was a 'straight shooter' when it came to negotiations and we never thought we were involved in any unnecessary game-playing. We'd be very happy to use Gareth if we were selling a property.

I am fortunate to have Gareth as my real estate agent as I now live in an amazing villa. I would recommend him to anyone considering buying or selling a property as he has a superior knowledge of the Scarborough area and surrounding suburbs. All my future developments will achieve maximum price as I will have Gareth to thank for this.
