We first got in touch with Gareth about two years ago when we were first considering selling our property. Gareth provided us with market stats, advice and was generally a pleasure to deal with. We decided at that time to hold off on selling and asked Gareth to keep in touch, there was never any pressure and Gareth was happy to give us advice as and when we needed it. When we did come to sell, it was Gareth that we called. He got things moving quickly for us and we got a sale within four weeks of our property being on the market-and an excellent sale price! Gareth is a pleasure to deal with, highly professional but most of all it is his personality that makes him instantly likeable, credible and sets him apart from other agents. Brad's advantage over other realtors is that his presentation, confidence and honesty. Although others may be available to message and be in contact 24/7 I respect that Brad has a life outside of work and this generally was not an issue for me. I would like to say that Brad was recommended to me by a trusted friend. He was spot on with his market analysis & his price prediction was identical to what we received. He took his analysis to a micro level which really showed he new what he was talking about. Even though we wavered at times he patiently worked through the plan that he had laid out. We stuck to it & achieved the desired results. Our property was tenanted which added another layer of complexity. He was fantastic in his dealings with the tenants & took that responsibility off our hands. Thank you Brad for a job well done :) in a tough market.
