Under the guidance of the Lovell Team my experience as the seller was stress free; they were excellent communicators and always responded promptly to any queries I may have had during the process. My property had a sitting tenant with whom Chris and Jae liaised to enable home opens, pest inspection etc with a minimum of disruption for the tenant. I put an offer on a home they were selling subject to finance and there were many complications with the sale of my property hindering me purchasing their home as quickly as I had hoped. We appointed Brad to use his experience and local market knowledge so he could negotiate a good result in difficult negotiations with buyers. We had a slow difficult start on the first recommended offer where his support team did not follow up red flags with dud buyers and the buyer mortgage broker. Everything was much sharper for the following offer accepted, including necessary checks to ensure buyer capability. Brad and Josh performed very well in tense negotiations to ensure success on this offer.
