I was annoyed with the whole buying a house situation - no minimum price, no range just a comment "Make an Offer and we will take it to the owners". After looking at about 20 properties in the Darch area, we went to the house we now own and spoke with Chris about this - side note, he was pretty much the first agent that had engaged my wife and I in a conversation. Chris not only listened he offered to help us out in setting offer prices - even if they were for other agents. Anyway, after leaving the house my wife and I decided to put an offer in on Chris's house. We got a phone call the following day and Chris told me in no uncertain terms "we will get this deal done today". We were then informed to be ready at 6:00pm to have a phone conference with the current owners to negotiate the price, we waited..... and at 6:30pm there was a knock on our door. It was Chris he had come to tell us personally that the deal would be done if we went up by a small amount - that was a "no brainer" for my wife and I.
