I was looking to make a lifestyle move but was initially sceptical about purchasing an apartment in a complex with 150 neighbours - the noise concerns alone were potentially a deal breaker for me. If you want to sell your property Jai and Chris are the best, very efficient, effective and easy to deal with. If you want the best value, take their advice and follow through each step They have all the necessary contacts of tradies which will save you time looking for one. From the day we signed with Chris in one month after the renovations our property was in market and all it took to sell was 3 house opens and Boom - 7 offers were presented in 1.5 weeks the property was sold I highly recommend them STOP GO NOWHERE ELSE

We chose Xavier to sell our mum and dad's home of 49 years after they moved to residential aged care. Why did we choose him? He presented us with a thorough overview of the market and a comprehensive plan of how to maximize the outcome for mum and dad. He was positive and energetic about both our goal and the plan. Throughout the process not only did Xavier demonstrate his professionalism he was also very kind. It was a difficult time for our family. He showed a genuine desire to support us, and an awareness of just how important it was for mum and dad's future that we got a good outcome. His communication with me, as Administrator for my parents, was exemplary as was his willingness to pick up tasks like liaising with tradespeople given that I am interstate. We achieved a record outcome for the type of house in the area and much of that was due to Xavier's plan and the energy and effort he put into executing it.
