Sam Bevan was wonderful to work with during my home purchase in Innaloo. Her market knowledge was spot on — she answered all my questions with confidence and gave honest insights. Her communication was clear and timely throughout the process, and she was always approachable and supportive. Overall, Sam was highly professional, efficient, and made the whole experience much less stressful. I felt very well looked after!

We Found our experience of buying a home and then selling our home off market an easy process with Sean and his team. They were professional at all times and communicated well through both sales. Thanks so much.

We recently sold our property in Connolly and were very happy with the dedicated service we received from Julie and Jamie. They helped us by providing staging items throughout the house, and organising trades to fix minor items, in addition to the marketing and selling our house after one home open. We were very happy with the final outcome and feel that Julie listened to what we wanted and went out and got it for us. We don't hesitate in recommending this team to anyone wanting to buy or sell.

What an amazing company! From start to finish Chris and Jai went the extra mile. In a busy property market they somehow managed to make us feel like we were the only buyers out there! Their ongoing help and support (even after completion) was invaluable. I can’t rate this company highly enough.

Julie and Jamie were amazing right from the moment we met them. They know the market very well and were proactive from the start. Julie was able to help us every step of the way as we prepared our home for sale. They were very prompt in responding to all of our questions. If we ever sell another house Julie will be the first person we call.

Working with Jordan McDonagh and the team at Haiven to sell my home at 18 Newel Way was an absolute pleasure. From the very beginning, Jordan’s service and communication were exceptional—he was always available, kept me updated every step of the way, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. Jordan’s all-round knowledge of the market and how to handle every situation made a big difference. I had a difficult tenant who wouldn’t move out, which made viewings challenging, but Jordan handled it with complete professionalism and care. He went above and beyond—even coming out on his days off to offer advice and support—and stayed by my side through the entire process. Thanks to his strong negotiation and marketing skills, he was able to secure above the price I was hoping for, which I was absolutely thrilled with. Jordan’s honesty and transparency gave me full confidence in every decision along the way. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish, and I’m truly grateful for everything he and the team did. I highly recommend Jordan McDonagh and the team at Haiven to anyone looking to sell their home—you’ll be in the best hands.

Xavier and Dee was with us during the entire selling journey. Due to no fault of them there was a number of complexities associated with the property that resulted in temporary sale withdrawal and last minute issues at Settlement. Xavier and Dee where patient and worked with us throughout the process and in the end we got a great price. Additional little touches were also nice like putting a bit of water on the garden, bringing bins if they were out during open day. They were easy to contact and always responded promptly and where open on advice given. Would use them again if I was to buy another investment property.

Sam has been an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish while selling our home. Her professionalism, experience and proactive approach have shone through at every stage of the process and we are so glad to have chosen her as our agent. Sam took the time to talk us through the process upfront, provided comprehensive market analysis for our area to help us determine our expectations regarding a selling price, and supported us with valuable guidance and advice while we were preparing our home for sale. Throughout the Home Open process, Sam was always well organised and coordinated everything for us. Her professionalism and personable nature also stood out through this part of the process as she engaged with potential buyers both at the Home Opens and with follow up correspondence. Sam also provided us with regular updates and reports to keep us informed of progress and was on hand any time to answer any questions we had. Thanks to Sam, we had multiple offers on our property within days of the first Home Open and have accepted an offer that we are happy with. Sam is truly one in a million and goes above and beyond to deliver positive outcomes for her clients. I would highly recommend Sam for anyone considering engaging an agent to sell their home. Thank you so much Sam for making this such a seamless and positive experience for us. You will be our first call in future for all our real estate needs.

Our experience with Russell was extremely positive. From the very start we found him to be professional, polite, very knowledgeable with a good understanding of the housing market, suburbs and expected prices. He was honest, upfront and always produced what he undertook to do. He was punctual and expected the same from his staff who were also very professional at all times. His communication skills were always excellent. We would not hesitate to highly recommend Russell and his team.

From appraisal to settlement, James was all class. James was aligned with us on what the property was worth and worked tirelessly to get 8 very respectable offers in a time period of less than 2 weeks. Ultimately having multiple offers that exceeded even our expectations. He knew the market, but more importantly, he knew how to actually sell the home. If I ever sell again, James will be the only agent that I call. Thanks again James.

Russell had great depth and breadth of knowledge of the gwelup market and is a likeable guy to work with. Cant of asked for a better agent to buy off and would consider selling with him in the future too.
