We couldn't be happier with our experience of selling with the Hughes team. When we started to consider selling, we saved listings in realestate.com and took note of their sale price once the properties settled. We also did our own research of past sales in the area (Trigg/North Beach/Watermans Bay/Marmion/Sorrento) and without fail, EVERY time there was a noticeably high sale price, it was the Hughes team. We even came to realise one local agent never releases his sale prices on realestate.com and when we did more research, we could see why - his sale prices were low! We are in a sellers market, so any agent worth their salt can get several offers. But Sean and Oli truly make miracles happen when it comes to translating those offers into the highest possible sale price. If you don't believe me, just do your own research and you'll see they are an absolute stand-out in terms of getting the highest prices for homes on the Coast.
