The Hughes team at Realmark Coastal provided a highly professional service from the initial valuation to settlement of our property. They were kind and considerate, and kept us fully informed at every step. Each team member fulfilled their individual role with skill, resulting in a cohesive service from the team. I have no hesitation in recommending this team for their expertise and customer service.

Coastal Realmark Directors were readily contactable and actioned as and when I found it necessary, provided timely settlement and move on the day followed the joint plan. The street Sold Sign was removed the day after I moved in. I am very happy with the purchase, settlement process and transition to my new home in Watermans Bay. Gave me a very positive feel being widowed and on my own in moving back to "my God's country". Thank you Realmark. I would recommend Coastal Realmark to anyone I speak to on the subject.

I recently had the pleasure of meeting Julie when I purchased an investment property. I had looked at a number of properties previously and had found that buying a house at the moment can be quite stressful. However, from my first encounter with Julie at the home open the whole process was an absolute pleasure. Julie was so professional and has excellent interpersonal skills. I highly recommend Julie and her team to anyone buying or selling a home.

Julie has excellent communication and inter- personal skills. She took her time to understand and discuss our expectations. She is a realist but she consistently over-delivers. Our property sold faster than we could blink and we were very pleased with the results. I would highly recommend Julie anytime!
