From the moment Julie made contact she's been the most helpful agent I've ever worked with. Any silly question I had, Julie was patient enough to answer. She's been a fountain of knowledge, sharing contact details for painters through to carpet cleaners. I couldn't recommend Julie enough, if I consider putting the house up for sale Julie will be the agent I'd call.

We thought selling our Perth home while living in another State would be difficult, however with Julie as our agent she made it easy. Her professionalism and 100% commitment to us as clients was amazing. She helped us find tradesmen to repair some things damaged during a rental period and went above and beyond with communication. Knowing she was always on the end of the phone if we needed her gave us a great confidence to proceed. We sold the house in 3 days without going to home opens and a price we were extremely happy with. We would highly recommend anyone who wants a great experience selling a home to contact Julie, you won’t be disappointed. We wish Julie all the very best in her continued career.

From the beginning to the end, Julie and her team were excellent to deal with. Finding a new home can be daunting, and the care and patience that Julie showed was so very much appreciated by our family. A special thank you to Jamie for all the attention to detail as we reached settlement, that was awesome and over and above what we expected.

Gareth and his team were amazing. With only a short amount of time to work with, Gareth came up with a plan we were very comfortable with and went over and above to achieve an outcome that exceeded our expectations. Thank you for your excellent work!

Sean proved himself to be a friendly and professional agent, who was prepared to offer excellent service. He supported us throughout the entire process with advice, helpful contacts and follow up calls. We felt free to call him at anytime, and he always responded in a timely manner. In a time in real estate when sellers often complain their agents do the minimum for the maximum commission, Sean proved himself to be service orientated towards his clients. His team was also friendly and helpful. Thank you team!

She understood we wanted to move quickly and was able to get us on the market and people through the door in no time. Very happy with the service and outcome from Julie and Jamie.

This is the third house that Paul has sold for us! We wouldn’t use anyone else to sell a property. His knowledge and communication make the whole process smooth and stress free, which is paramount when selling a house. Thanks Paul, you did it again!!!
