James seemed to also work for us not just the seller which we are pleased about. Following acceptance of our offer James has been very helpful with any questions we have asked; he has stated he will support us to make this transition for both us and the seller go smoothly and will work with us, the seller and settlement agents to try and have things lined up so the process is less stressful as we are selling our property at the moment.
