My experience with Gareth was very good, and dare I say, enjoyable. His communication was excellent, anything I requested was followed up on and delivered. Gareth actually called when he said he would and didn't try to spin me a yarn. It was obviously still transactional, but very genuine and professional (not sleazy or greasy like many, many other agents). I was interstate and purchased my property sight unseen.
