We met James for the first time at a Sunday viewing of the house amid hundreds of others. After a few questions and on taking James’ advice, we made an offer. Late evening we received the telephone call with the good news delivered in his excited tones that matched ours! We found James to be highly professional, patient, knowledgeable, all the while quietly ascertaining our situation and family without a single probing question. The following week on request, he was able to arrange a private viewing for close family members. In our contacts with James, we had every phone call answered (rare from experience) and question covered to satisfaction. He has been most obliging, offering space and time when needed. While our experience has been short and sharp to this point, we look forward to James seeing us in our home in a few weeks, entirely confident this will occur without any complication.
