After having my property previously listed with other agents with no traction and no feedback I was disheartened. Selling my property was my largest financial asset, and attached with memories, this proved to be an emotional journey. I did not live in Bundaberg anymore, so finding the right fit to sell my property, and commitment from an agent, was even more challenging. But, bingo - Shane had a multi offer contract on my property within weeks and successfully sold at ABOVE the listing price!!!!!!
