Positive Communication
Communication is a huge thing for me and Brent did not let me down, I found Brent easy to talk to and understand in a field I'm not familiar with. Brent guided me through the process of preparing my home for sale with advertising and the mountains of documents, made it all seem so easy. With a positive outcome in such a short time, I would highly recommend Brent.

Amazing agent
I meet Shane Chung about 8 years ago he has sold 3 of my propertys always getting the asking price, shane has always returned all of my phone calls and text messages with in minutes un like other real estates that leave you waiting for days or dont contact you back at all,shane goes all out even vacuming my floor while l was at work to show buyers through my kids still see shane out and about and he alawys takes the time to catch up with them l find shane to be honest reliable l have not meet another agent like him l would recommend him to anyone and l do, l think realway are very blessed to have him on board their sales team .

Professional and personable agent
It was a pleasure listing and selling our home with Brent. From start to finish Brent was both professional and personable in all of our dealings with him. He has a fantastic knowledge of the market and was able to answer all of our questions and queries. Brent listened to our opinions about our home and we listed and eventually sold at a price that we were happy with. We had a bit of a bumpy road with two contracts falling through however, due to Brent's diligence we had new contracts signed within days on both occasions. If we sell another home in the future we will definitely be giving Brent a call!

Honest and upfront.

Simply great
I am a licensed Real Estate Agent myself, I interviewed 5 agents to attend to the sale of my mothers home which I myself could not do as I live 5 hours away. I was actually recommended to Shane and I was very great full for that recommendation as I was not really happy with the others I had interviewed.Shane was straight up not a smooth talker like some can be and he was very honest with me, he had an offer on the property within 10 days, held open homes x 2 kept me informed regularly but most of all he achieved a sale price substantially more than what the others had said it would achieve. He is a very good worker and looks into the sales benefits of the property very well also. I would recommend Shane to anyone whom wants to be dealt with honestly.

If I could give him ten stars, I would!
After a disappointing experience during the process of putting my property on the market with another Agent, I went straight to Brent for honest advice and was not disappointed. He answered all of my questions and sold the property for the expected price within a two week time frame - which was fantastic given I'd only allowed around a month to sell before trying to find a new tenant. His whole team made the transaction easy and I'd certainly sell through him again when the time comes!

Best in Bundy!
We followed a recommendation to go with Shane and weren’t disappointed with the decision. From the initial phone call to enquire about his perspective on the market, right up until settlement, we were impressed by his positive outlook, attention to detail, and timely communication. Even though we were selling from out of town Shane still handled the sale as if we were local. He certainly provides a level of service well above the average agent in Bundaberg. Thanks Shane!

Pleasure to deal with
Dealing with Brent has been a pleasure. He was always cheerful, courteous and kind and showed a great deal of patience and flexibility while dealing with myself and my elderly Mum. Never felt pressured or unsupported. Would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a property.
