I have known Shane for a while and dealt with him several times and found him very competent in his work . He is very dedicated in getting the job done eg i told him i wanted to sell my house he had it sold within 24 hrs and helped me to find the house i was looking for. All through the sale of my house he kept in touch with me letting me know how things were progressing . I have sold and brought a few houses over the last few years and I've had some questionable agents. Shane is not one of them. Shane was amazing going above and beyond to help me achieve a realistic sale price, a quick sale and was even able to get a sale price higher than I was expecting.
