Brent recently sold our investment property and we found his knowledge of the local market valuable given we live interstate. He was active at marketing the house, provided great advice on minor works required to get a better price, great communicator, and trustworthy and professional attitude. If we are in the market to buy or sell, we wouldn't hesitate to contact Brent.

When we contacted Brent about our property I was not sure what to think, being a young bloke. I was immediately impressed when he advised us that some of the neighbours were not the best. Having this honesty up front immediately impressed me. Whilst the owners left a lot to be desired and did not do what they agreed to do, Brent made up some of the shortfall. You could not ask for morE than that. I recommend him highly.

Brent explained the whole process and went through all the paperwork step by step. He was an integral part in negotiating with the buyers the price we wanted, and got it! He kept in constant contact during the conveyance and when things went wrong, tried to assist in any way he could. In the end, the sale was effected and Brent arrived with beers of congratulations :)
