After both buying and selling with Brent and his team in the last few years, all we can say is how easy they made the process. They are both professional and enthusiastic in what they do and this shows with the results they achieve.

We have called Shane in the past to sell property and once again, he has proven to exceed our expectations on both service and efforts to get us the higher sale price. His guidance through the sale process from listing to settlement was second to none.

Brent was warm and inviting from the very moment we stepped foot in the door. He took care of everything and all we had to do was provide our details and sign our life away, perfect for anyone who has a busy lifestyle. Not shy of personal requests, he will even try his best to accommodate for any personal touches you might want.

Before I listed my property I searched the most successful company and that was Realway. Brent gave an estimate of value and sold at exactly that estimate. Brent was easy and professional to deal with and I would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone.

Selling our house was always going to be a stressful time. Living nowhere near the area made it even more so. Having to put our trust in someone long distance. Our buyer was the third contract adam had managed to get for us and I think he was as happy as us to see it get over the line...and over asking price. Right from the start Adam was enthusiastic and dogged in finding us a buyer. Always happy to arrange a tradie we needed, offer advice , a bit of encouragement when we felt it was never going to be sorted. He worked damn hard with plenty of open houses and chasing up interested parties wherever he could find them. With interest rates rising and less people looking at the area he had feelers out all over the east coast for people looking to move north. Even with two parties unable to complete sales we thought we had he kept on pushing and found us a buyer with finances in place and got it done. Always keeping us up to date with progress, staying positive. I chose Adam out of three agents I short-listed in the area and I have absolutely no regrets. First time I met him in person while we were fixing things on the house ( we aren't local), I knew I chose right. He just had that energy you knew would get it there. And he did. SOLD. Over asking price...and way over what the other two agents said we they could get for us!

It was a pleasure having Brent as our agent. He did absolutely everything from communicating with out lender and solicitors to making a custom sign for us all to get chocolates and a gift card. I would recommend Brent to anyone he is one hell of an agent.

Adam was professional and reliable throughout the process. He never needed to be chased up for anything and went out of his way several times. Very happy with the experience and would recommend RealWay to family and friends.
