Adam was excellent throughout the whole process. Genuine, caring and professional. We were very keen to inspect this property and Adam went out of his way to fit in with our availability. Adam would return calls quickly if he was unable to answer and would check in on us unprompted. I noticed that Adam had a great working relationship with our solicitors and the building and pest inspection company we used (without Adam's input). He was supportive and knowledgeable and made our house purchase an effortless and pleasant experience. I can't recommend Adam highly enough and would want Adam to represent us, should we ever wish to sell our home.

We looked at a number of houses for sale in Bundaberg and were getting somewhat disheartened with what was on offer and, in some cases, the agents representing them. We met Adam by chance as he was showing the house to another prospective buyer. He welcomed us in to take a look. That house was not quite what we we're after, so Adam asked us what we were looking for and what our budget was. He suggested we take a look at one that he had just listed only that morning, and was not yet advertised online (being 2 days before Christmas). The house was just what we were after and we signed an offer that day and went to contract within the week. From there it was a breeze. Adam kept us in the loop with developments all the way to settlement. We'd been in our last house for thirty years and the prospect of buying another was daunting (plus we were moving from interstate). Adam smoothed the road for us, especially with getting the right conveyencers for us here in Bundaberg. Looking back now, thanks to Adam, the whole process was rather effortless for us.
