Dave has sold 2 properties for us in the last few years. Both times our properties were sold within a few days of being listed. In both cases he got the price over and above what we were hoping for. We have also bought a property through Dave. He is reliable and fair. We would highly recommend Dave to anyone wanting to sell or buy property.

These people are very professional, experienced and knowledgable and would recommend Team Neilson to any body wanting to sell their home. Everyone who was involved in selling our house was pleasant and professional in communicating with us and prospective buyers. They even looked after our dog if we weren't home and made sure everything was safe. If every we sell again we will have no hesitation in using Team Neilson. Thank you.

Very happy with the way Dave Neilson managed the negotiations and sale of our property. Steve Wright was another of Team Neilson salesman who we found was helpful in setting up the sale of our property. Also a big thank you to the Administration Staff for advising us on what was happening. Thank you from Rod and Ann

We had an awesome experience when buying our new home. Nathan was very patient, showing us through numerous homes until we found the one for us. He gave us lots of information as we were unfamiliar with the area and made it so easy for us, totally stress free. If only I knew Nathan when selling my house - would recommend him to anyone.
