Great agent - sold house in 3 weeks, well you could say only 2 weeks as the first week was the weather event with all the rain and nothing could be done that week. The where some minor repairs that I requested to the property before settlement. These where all caried out within the time frame and to a satisfactory standard. As an absent owner living some five and half hours away from the property it was going to difficult to prepare the property for sale. Dave organised very competitive quotes from tradesmen for us and then once we had selected the ones we wanted he organised the schedule to get extensive work done in just two weeks so we could get the property on the market. It was so well presented and marketed that we received an offer well above our expectations on the the first occasion the home was shown.
