Four months ago, as new arrivals in Australia, we bought a property in Wellington Point. Kathy was the agent who showed us around on the viewing day and right from the start, she was extremely helpful and friendly. She spent a great deal of time with us, patiently answering our many questions. Once an offer had been made and secured, she led us through the whole process with true professionalism and for us, this could have been a very stressful time but Kathy was always there at the end of the phone with advice, practical help and information on the local area. When we left messages, she was always very prompt in returning our calls, of which there were many. We cannot recommend Kathy highly enough - she gave 120% and worked above and beyond the call of duty! Her friendly, out-going personality, patience and honesty, made the process of buying so much easier than it could have been. Thank you Kathy - you are a star!

Words cannot describe how lucky we were to work with Kathy. I would highly recommend her to everyone. We are first time sellers, second time buyers who have been out of the market for a long time. Kathy patiently guided us through the process with care and professionalism. Kathy understood the importance of getting us getting our home sold & buying a new more suitable property for our family. She worked diligantly to sell our existing home and following her market & sales advise it didn't take long. Not only did Kathy secure the sale of our home she worked tirelessly to find, assist in price negotiations on the purchase of a new home and get us our dream home. She made the whole process stress free. Keeping us informed, educated us on the processes, and continues to follow up with us. We can't thank her enough. Kathy gives 100%. She is all about integrity, excellence and professionalism. Extremely detailed with a excellent market knowledge, patient and on top of all this, she genuinely cared about getting the best for outcome for us. I really can't imagine getting any better services than those provided by Kathy. If you are thinking of selling I strongly recommend you give Kathy a call.

Juggling the expectations of us as a seller and as a buyer, Team Neilson helped us deal with making decisions in a fluid market place that potentially has different outcomes according to any moment in time. The Principal of Team Neilson and his trusty next best go-to person served us well, helping us navigate these stressful waters to a safe haven - another home which we love even more than the one we sold.
