We sold our property through Caple Properties and were extremely happy with Brooke's approach to marketing the property, especially her use of social media and client retention to enhance the visibility of the property , and ultimately to maximise the value of our home in the market. We were extremely pleased with the outcome. We searched for a new property in multiple suburbs, in the current market, which we found challenging as prices are moving quickly, and good properties are selling quickly, with multiple offers tabled. We ultimately decided to search for properties in Thornlands, Redland Bay and Mount Cotton as we determined that we would be able to attain a property matching our expectations in these suburbs for a price within our budget, accounting for possible improvements. We were interested in 39 Taffeta Drive, but keen to establish whether our caravan would fit on the driveway. Brooke arranged for us to measure visually check the driveway over the weekend; and then inspect the home on the following Monday evening. The home ticked all of our boxes. We were provided with the opportunity to submit an offer, and were ultimately able to negotiate a contract with the vendor through Brooke, one that we felt was fair in the current market. Some issues did arise through the purchase, in particular a damaged retainer wall and pool certification (for a new pool built a few months earlier). We found Brooke to be very professional in dealing with these issues and assisting us through a challenging purchase. She was responsive, communicated extremely well and in a timely manner, provided advice where needed and managed the sellers well. Our sale and purchase experiences with Caple Properties have both been positive experiences, despite the current challenges in the market. The Caple team take time to look after their clients, provide guidance and support where needed. We would strongly recommend them to prospective sellers and buyers.
