Simon Salm and Debra McDonald are an amazing team. Our house was sold in under 3 weeks and for an excellent price. Couldn’t ask for a better selling experience! They are both highly professional, courteous and knowledgeable real estate agents who go above and beyond for their clients. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending this wonderful team. You won’t be disappointed.

Dave did a great job in marketing our property for sale. He gave constructive feedback in relation to the way in which the property should be presented which we adopted. The marketing plan and the manner in which feedback was provided by the entire team at Team Neilson was first class.

Dave's persistence and determination is commendable. He sold our house after a lengthy period of it being on the market in a hard economic climate. He is very professional in his manner. Would highly recommend Dave Neilson and Remax.

Dave's knowledge of the area and market were second to none. We had previously had no success with selling through another agent, and Dave made the process seamless, with a great outcome. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dave and his team.

Despite a fantastic property, the buyers just wouldn't put pen to paper. Dave kept at it for over 6 months running open homes every weekend until a buyer was found, just as coronavirus arrived. It became a commercial decision to get the deal done and move on. Dave spent a lot of time and effort getting this one closed out for me.

Glen had it completely under control, his knowledge was very high class & was very relaxed with us.Would highly recommend Simon's team no worries at all. Michelle just new exactly what to do to present our house as a super place to the world which we are very grateful. With Glen the salesmen & Michelle as the interior & exterior person,Simon & his team are fantastic. The house was sold on the first open house which is a credit to the team.

We appreciated Simon and the team through our selling experience. In sometimes difficult situations, they provided wise and sound advice. They worked hard to make it all fall into place and get us the sale we wanted. Thankyou.

Alan/Simon had a good understanding of the property and the ongoing costs of the unit. Was able to walk us through the boundaries of the common grounds. Also a good understanding of the area and facilities.

I rate my experience 4.5 out of 5. Thank you to my agent Alan Lucas and the team at Simon Salm! You answered all my questions, kept me upto date with info and stats, and importantly, really listened to me. You were recommended to me by another happy customer ( my friend). I am grateful for the expertise of your whole team which worked together so well to match the buyer with the property. I believed from the beginning for this miracle and I thank God for the faith and the result! Jasna Maksimovic
