A big thank you to Steve Murphy and Dave Neilson and the team at Remax. Steve and the team made the purchase of our new home smooth and stress free. Steve was a very relaxed agent that did not pressure us in any way and went above and beyond to assist us with our enquires through the process. Steve’s friendly and down to earth personality was a pleasure to deal with. I would certainly recommend and use Team Neilson again in the future. Thank you

We where in need of a quick sale, with a minimum price needed, we had 3 Realstate agents, two told us we would have to settle for less, Simon Salms and his team told us not to stress and they would do their best well we sold for more than we asked for in only 5 hours on the market I can not recommend them enough, we are so grateful to Simon and the team, thank you so much for all your help and understanding Simon😊 Gillian

John is a very kind and professional agent to deal with, always thinking about his clients. He has abundant knowledge and skills in real estate negotiation and contract. He paid a lot of attention to details during the whole process, which is very helpful for us. We really recommend John to others.

Very happy to say that Simon and his Team, Alice, Michelle, Glen, Deb & Karen provided us with a seamless smooth sale process. From the first discussion about selling our property right through to the final sale the whole Team were supportive and communicated with us after each and every open House day.

John was great at communicating and up to date with the market. He was helpful and kind and a great judge of character. I had to sell in a low time but that was my choice and I am happy with the sale that John enabled. John wrote to me and told me he could sell my house that had been on the market for some months. He was true to his word.

I purchased a property off John Peterson in December 2019 he was more then helpful and tried to accommodate all our needs with the owners permission, and never stepped over the boundary remaining loyal to the sellers in every regard. I would definitely recommend John Peterson for the sale or purchase of your next property.

We recently purchased our home and Dave Neilson and Team Neilson were the agents. All were very helpful in our purchase. Steve Murphy made the process very easy and was willing to answer any questions we had on the property and in a timely manner. Steve and the team were always happy to discuss the property at anytime and personally made sure any concerns about the property were resolved pre-purchase. Steve made the process of purchasing our house a more pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend him to friends and family requiring an agent. Thanks Steve and Team Neilson!

A huge thanks goes to Steve Murphy, Dave Neilson and Team Remax As buyers, this process could not have gone any smoother!! Steve went out of his way to ensure all our questions were answered in a very quick time turnaround to ensure we and the sellers had everything we all needed for a smooth settlement. Steve went above and beyond what we ever expected, as buyers, for a ‘Real Estate Agent’!! If we ever sell, you’ll be the first and only call we make Steve. Thank you so much for looking after us!!
