We first fell in love with house when it was listed with another Agent and thought it was out of our range. After inspecting so many houses to try and meet our family needs (two families blending into one) we inspected this house again. Team Neilson had recently taken over the listing and encouraged us to put in an offer. Disappointed that Dave took a tour with us around our house and we specifically pointed out that our Kids expensive cubby house was not being sold with the property! This was not conveyed to either the supporting agent or buyers. With the deal on a knife edge and our backs to the wall the only way we could complete the deal was to hand over the Cubby to the Buyers! $2000 that we will never see back again! The agent still took his full commission ? Not our mistake - the agents mistake!

Simon has great knowledge of how to sell a property fast. His entire team have been amazing including people at hand to tidy yards for you, advice on how to declutter your house, obtaining quotes for any quick renovation work required so new buyers aren't having to guess what that will be. All open houses occurred on time and the communication from Simon's team has been spot on. Can't thank them enough for all their support in selling this house very quickly.
