From the first viewing of the property to settlement Steven is an amazing agent to deal with. Patient, kind, professional and organised. Communication and reliability was fantastic. We dragged Deb from house to house over a good 12 months trying to find the right place, and she was really patient with us through the process. We had a positive experience buying through Simon Salm's team previously, so we were relieved when we found the place we wanted and it was listed through them. It was not a straight forward sale, but Deb took a lot of the stress out of our purchase process. Deb works really hard for a sale - but was by no means pushy. She was up-front about the sellers expectations and we knew where we stood. We also appreciated her experience and approach to the negotiation. Her ability to problem solve, essentially made the sale possible. We highly recommend their sales team. Simon Salm's crew are brilliant at what they do and only ever try to achieve over and above what you expect in buying a house. this being the most stressful thing I've ever done they took as much stress away as they could, making it not so bad. would totally recommend Simon Salm's team if you are to buy or sell your humble abode.
