We recently sold a house in Capalaba with Team Neilson our agent Steve who was an absolute pleasure to deal with, from market knowledge to customer service our experience of Team Neilson was of the highest standard. Steve did not stop once we had a contract on the house he was persistent with the open homes and stayed in touch with the other buyers to ensure we had a back up contract if anything was to go wrong. Great long tern contact this agency from when we purchased the house. Love the reminder notes on special dates of the year like St Patrick's day , Valentines day, Hot cross buns for Easter etc. best of all the discount on some of the fees when you use them to sell again.
