Cherry helped us to sell a rental property at an auction. The turn out was great. The price did not reach to what we expected but it was a good outcome in that market condition. Cherry helped us to sell another rental property straight after, she managed to help us to sell it off market so that it saved us on marketing costs and many admin costs. Using her negotiation skills, we managed to sell the second property with a price that we did not expect to be. Highly recommend her!

Thank you to Matthew and the Richard Matthews team. Having a large and professional team behind your sale is so important. Marketing is everything!!!! And Matthew is very hands on too. We had a phenomenal internet ad presence. Our video was number 1 viewed across the entire campaign. No call, sms or email went unanswered from Matthew and his team. Someone was always there to answer and action our queries. Nothing was too hard to execute, and we had some challenges that Matthew and the team navigated so professionally. We got a greater than expected result in a dipping market and couldn’t be happier. Sometimes it is the little things that count and make a difference, like customer service! Matthew makes it an enjoyable and easy going experience. From the coffee carts to the gift hamper and champagne. If you haven’t been to an auction with them you are missing out. Even just the free coffee is a plus! Richard Matthews rolls out the red carpet ( or lime green in their corporate colours).
