We bought townhouse in North Rocks a fews years back from Andrew Magro for investment and recently sold it. Not just we've received well above reserve price for it, but Andrew have shown as an outstanding knowledge of real estate and it has been absolute pleasure to deal with him through out all those years. He helped us lot to deal with any problems and issues that we used to get like repairs and maintenance of the townhouse. He went above and beyond for us on any day of the journey. I would strongly recommend him as your real estate agent at all times. He definitely deserves more than just 5 stars. Delighted!

We commenced our house hunting journey during pandemic 20-21, watching the market steam through and going through many agents and attending many auctions leading in heartbreak. We met Andrew through a routine inspection on a property we LOVED. From the get go Andrew was forthcoming, and BRUTALLY honest with a no bs approach - we liked this. Andrew guided us throughout the entire process leading up to auction, countless phone calls every week to provide feedback and update, Auction day arrived and we bidded with confidence knowing our chances. Andrew was with us the entire way, we were ultimately successful in our purchase! in this market, and Andrews predictions and commentary throughout the way was exactly what he had foreseen (very rare that an Agent can be this right!) Settlement has occured and we have chosen Andrew and Hardcourts to provide property management services. Andrew was able locate a solid tenant and turn this around within a weeks period. Thank you Andrew, you have been instrumental in an important time in our family's life and we look forward to working with you further. All the best and will definitely be recommending our friends, families, collegues to your professional services and warm company.
