My parents recently purchased a villa in a retirement village through Harcourts Carlingford. Adi Suryanto was the selling agent and we received very good service. Adi was so flexible in allowing us to view the villa many times which we very much appreciated. Many thanks Adi for making our experience easier, and to ensuring my parents were comfortable with the entire process.

After 28 years of living in the same house, my husband and I trusted Harcourts Carlingford to sell our much loved family home. From the first meeting with Adi, he was always professional, punctual and friendly, as well as being very knowledgeable of Real Estate practices and the Carlingford area. During the weeks of the campaign Adi and Joe at Harcourts Carlingford kept us informed of progress, giving us prompt updates, feedback and constructive criticism plus good tips and ideas. We met with Joe and Adi on many occasions to discuss the next stage of our campaign and the advertising results, they were always available to us. At all the Open Houses and private viewings Adi was very respectful of our home and always promoted it in the best light. Whilst our house did not sell at Auction, Adi and Joe found us a buyer within 3 days and we sold for a good price. Our three daughters loved the camaraderie we had with Adi and Joe. Allen and I want to thank Andrew and the entire team for a great result and a job well done. Helen Eves
