We first engaged Andrew Magro in 2015 as our property manager for our investment property in Telopea. Based on him delivering exceptional service it was a no brainer that we ask him to sell the property. We listed our property in April prior to the announcement of the NSW First Home Buyers Grant so his challenge was to keep buyer interest … we exchanged on 1 July with a first home buyer who initially showed interest in May. Andrew gave me some heads up on the coming property, and then provide me all details as soon as available. He then followed up the cases quite closely and negotiated with vendor on my requests. Finally we confirmed the purchase and Andrew has assisted a lot in deposits taken and some sundry requests. Throughout the process I am very happy with his service and appreciated his knowledge and professional!

Andrew had a challenge ahead of him when he was successful in managing the sale of one of our investment properties....For many reasons..... My husband and I had high expectations for the sale, we had a set budget and price for the sale and we were not in a rush, so we weren't going to take the first offer we received. Andrew managed to balance everything just beautifully. He worked aimlessly to achieve everything we had set for this property sale. He had alot of patience through out the process, he was very supportive and respectful to the interest parties placing offers on the property and the soon to be 'new owner', which makes the experience pleasant for everyone. Andrews communication is very strong through out the sale process between everyone involved, too many times in business people just don't talk enough but not Andrew. Andrew and his lovely team at Harcourts Carlingford are also now managing the rental side of our properties and we are also very happy with his service, as he treats the property like it is his own.
