Where to begin. Probably like everyone else, we called a few different real estate agents to kind of shop around. The majority of which seemed to talk a lot about themselves and their own achievements. Andrew was different straight off the bat. Andrew seemed genuinely more concerned with our wants and needs though wasn't afraid to call it how he saw it. Andrew was straight forward in his assessments though always wanted to do better for our benefit. It came across as genuine every time we spoke. Although we were warned not to go with out of area real estate agents, by in area real estate agents, we did chose Andrew . . . taking a chance and hoping not to be disappointed. We were not disappointed in the slightest. Andrew was in constant, prompt communication from prior to the photos being taken, right through to settlement. This even included out of hours visits and phone calls due to my schedule. I felt bad about eating into his family time but Andrew brushed this off as being "all part of the job". The day of the auction, Andrew and his team were absolutely fantastic. Pleasant yet also understanding, as I was selling the family home of close to 40 years. Andrew and his team achieved a price above our target (and above the lower targets of the in area real estate agents), as well as exceeding his own personal target for the property. This I feel was due to his knowledge of the industry and his strong work ethic. I would recommend Andrew to anyone who was looking at selling. And if ever I find myself wanting to sell again . . . Andrew would be the only agent I contact.
