Selling a house after 40 years occupancy can be very daunting but Andrew Magro from Harcourts Exclusive at Carlingford helped me through the process. When the house was ready earlier than expected, he and his team sprang into action with a very comprehensive marketing program. Andrew also assisted with recommendations for cleaners and lawnmowing to help prepare for sale. The house sold prior to auction at a very good price in a volatile market.
