We are very happy to have purchased our apartment. A few disappointments re air conditioning being broken and on its last legs and general condition of property when its bare bones where revealed, but we will get over that. Its only money after all? We look forward to spending 3 months a year hear to relax and get out of Adelaides winter. Again happy with the purchase.

I had a great one bedder on the beach for many years. Unfortunately I had to sell the apartment not that I wanted to due to one of life’s curve balls I had to sell. I try previous agents in the area an it had been on the market for 7 months not even a offer had come my way. With a family members help we called mark. Within the first month I had a offer. Within the next month it was sold. I’m in the settlement transition atm. Thanks to mark this Christmas will be a ripper. Thanks mark an the gang again on a great effort selling my property.
