An agent who is helpful and knowledgeable
We have experienced Mark's professionalism before when he sold two properties for us. This time we purchased a property through him. The experience was the same as Mark was thoroughly professional at all times. He helped analyse the various options which helped us make informed decisions. His personal assistant Kate is just as professional and helped with the many hurdles such as insurance and utility fees and how these have to be worked into calculations, especially if the property is to be leased.
