Promptness of response and seamlessness of process

The process of signing up for the lease and arranging specific payment terms was seamless and the team was well mannered, pleasant to talk to and considering of my circumstances with a pregnant wife and trying to single handedly move places.

Excellent experience with R&W—professional, responsive, helpful and easy to deal with.

We have had an excellent experience renting through R&W. The team has always been professional, friendly and highly responsive, particularly whenever we have raised maintenance or property-related matters. Requests are acknowledged promptly, and repairs are organised efficiently with clear communication throughout. Their strong knowledge and professional approach give us confidence that matters are being handled properly. What really stands out is their reliability, excellent communication and genuine willingness to assist. We truly appreciate the ongoing support and would happily recommend R&W to others.
