From the start, the communication with everyone from the leasing team, property managers were 10/10. We were down to the wire to find another property to lease and our previous property manager, Rita Kapoor was super transparent. We are blessed to have an amazing team advocating on our behalf. Special mentions to Maddy, Fanar and Anita. It truly was a team effort. My family wanted to stay with Laing and Simmons and it was the best decision ever. I think everyone needs to rent from these guys. Everyone's experience is different but ours with Laing and Simmons has been *chef's kiss*

Our house was for the investment. When we bough the property off plan "Richardson & Wrench Agent from Rooty Hill" helped us alot in 2015. After finished the house we still us R&W to rent the house and got the tendency with in a week in 2017. During 9 years, when renting our property R&W looked after all realted with the house. We have never been worried about our property during the past 9 years. R&W still helped us when we were selling the house. To be honset open house event was well-organized and effective only within 30 minutes in the first week and our property was sold. We are so lucky to have R&W. All staff are so professional, quick, patience, honest and always listened to us what we wanted. We have stress-free between 2015 t0 2026 when we were buying ,renting and selling the property .
