Kelly and Holly in property management team have attended to any issues I’ve had within a prompt and extremely compassionate approach. I am so happy with everything in my lease agreement, there was some repairs to be done in the process and they took in consideration of everything I needed to make this place my new home that I feel comfortable in. I was attending my property to carry out a maintenance request and found the toilet was again blocked after a plumber attended one week earlier. I called Richardson and Wrench and was immediately forwarded to Kayla. She was immediately on the case and had the plumber reattend quickly and this time they completed the repairs correctly.
