At first, during inspection of the property, David did not engage much in friendly conversation other than answering questions asked. However, after offering our interest to purchase the property, David took us step by step in making a final offer to the vendor and was not pushy. He had excellent response time, was strong and clear in his communication (especially during explanation of certain things on the contract, and steps involved up to the point of making a 10% deposit). He was knowledgeable about the property and the surroundings, and was able to answer all questions asked. After every interaction with David, he would always offer for us to contact him should we need help or have questions, which we appreciated. Overall, it was a very positive experience with David, and as first home buyers, things progressed very smoothly. We are very thankful for our agent.

i actually bought my house threw dave and being the first time buying he kept me up to date and made a stressful situation as smooth as possible, 7 years later i need to sell due to divorce, a very hard situation, dave took away most of the pressure with keeping us both up to date and got our house sold in what i think was the worst possible time with the current laws with covid took a few different buyers with falling through due to finance but he never gave up and at the end sold our home
