I was extremely impressed with David's knowledge of the area and understanding of the current market. David communicated with me through out the sale process and maintained a courteous and professional manner keeping me informed. Given I was selling the property from another state, it was imperative that I had somebody I could trust to ensure the best possible outcome. Thank you again David for all your help.

David not only helped us purchase this property, but went above and beyond in helping obtain relevant documents which will only help us in the future with this property without any gain for himself but to see his clients happy. Exceptional attitude, very informative, and highly skilled in what he does. Definitely will deal with David and his team in the future.

At first, during inspection of the property, David did not engage much in friendly conversation other than answering questions asked. However, after offering our interest to purchase the property, David took us step by step in making a final offer to the vendor and was not pushy. He had excellent response time, was strong and clear in his communication (especially during explanation of certain things on the contract, and steps involved up to the point of making a 10% deposit). He was knowledgeable about the property and the surroundings, and was able to answer all questions asked. After every interaction with David, he would always offer for us to contact him should we need help or have questions, which we appreciated. Overall, it was a very positive experience with David, and as first home buyers, things progressed very smoothly. We are very thankful for our agent.

We listed our property 1 week before the Pandemic hit. We were very worried we had chosen the worst possible time to sell. However despite the restrictions COVID19 put into place. David still managed to show our home, get multiple offers and get it sold. We loved this little house that we purchased from David originally and were happy he sold it to another family who would love it also. Thanks David and the team at R&W. We were thrilled with the outcome.

With the corona virus, David has helped both my wife and I in every aspect of the sale of our home, and though our initial buyer withdrew form the original sale, David persisited for us, kept us in the loop all of the time, and now we have finally been able to settle. Thanks David for being so thorough, polite, professional and for your guidance.
