i found him pretty dogie, when first and final inspection were done for the house i bought, he hid the broken window in master bedroom and kitchen, also damage blind was put on and good one taken off and didn't bother telling me, also only gave me 1 key, on request he said he will check with owner and get back but never did, i ended up changing all locks given that i suspected they kept the keys.

I met with Dave on site. From day one, he has been very helpful and always give me full piece of information. If sometime he couldn’t pick phone, he called me back and answered my query. No matter how silly or big question he takes same importance. I recommend him strongly if anyone search property in Western Sydney.

In April of 2016, I sold my house through David Frendo and R&W Rooty Hill. The house was sold within the price range that was set and in a quick turn around period. I approached David to assist in selling the property as I had dealt with him in the past in purchasing an investment property and I found David to be professional and have a great knowledge of the market in my area. David took the time to clearly explain the current market and property values, he clearly explained how the real estate contract/s would work and what would happen once a we had a buyer. He was always accessible and negotiated within the price range that we were looking for. Going forward, I would recommend David in the future for anyone wishing to sell a property in the Rooty Hill and surrounding areas.

Mr Frendo acted as agent for the vendor while I was the purchaser. While David was astute in negotiations to get the vendor the best price, when realistic offer was made, he made immediate judgement and assessment in accepting the offer, but carefully ensured that the offer was real , legitimate, genuine and not doomed to fail. His market knowledge, experience and skill allowed the transaction to succeed.
