David was instrumental in the sale of both properties that we listed with him for sale. There was weekly communication that gave an insight to what was proposed and who had requested information for both purchases.. Knowing the local market with the history of local sales (noting he had more sales out of area than the local agents had within our area) gave me every confidence David and his sales team were always prepared to go the extra mile in order to find the purchaser we eventually settled on..
