I may perhaps sound like an advertisement for Roy and his team, but I hope after reading this. you'll appreciate why... We are overseas and therefore bought our third house without having seen it. It is also the first time we have chosen a house based on the real estate agent, not just the house itself! Roy (and his team) showed professional communication and commitment to his/their work. From regular email communication (sometimes very late into the night) to working through Easter long weekend to ensure our inspections are done for us quickly to getting renovation quotes for us... It seems pretty outrageous the lengths they have gone to for us - and they've never even met us before! Roy (and his team's) level of honesty and integrity was incredibly reassuring. Roy was incredibly upfront and open about pricing, offers and negotiation - and this gave us a lot of confidence in them and made our final decision very easy. Their work is clearly important to them because they also show warmth and care in an industry you wouldn't really connect to these two attributes. When you're making such a large decision from so far away, the warmth and care is very appreciated! It also shows that they must all love what they do and from a business owner/teacher, I commend them for this - it makes the experience so much better for everyone they work with. I love that Roy has built a team that is very on par with one another. Every staff member that I have spoken to has shown no less commitment, integrity or professionalism than Roy. Everyone is also in the loop, so no one staff member ever showed a lack of awareness of the details of our sale. This was very impressive because I am sure that our new house was not the only one Roy was selling not at the time. For someone like Roy, who seems very young still, he is clearly building a business based on quality and substance and he's doing a fantastic job - from the bottom of our hearts, we cannot thank you enough!

I found the agents Roy and John to be very helpful and extremely professional in their handling of the property which was sold by them on my behalf. The property in question went on the market in late February, by the 11th of March we had an offer slightly above the bottom end of the guide price we were asking. The agents did a good job with the marketing and kept me informed promptly with any interest shown by potential buyers. If anyone asked me for a recommendation when selling or looking to buy property in this area i would say that Richardson and Wrench did an outstanding job on this property, and would let them know it was a stress free process in what can understandably be an otherwise stressful time in peoples lives. After trying to sell our property with another agency with no luck and a bad taste in our mouth, we moved on to R&W rooty hill and got Colin as our agent. Right from the get go the experience was second to none. After our initial consolation we felt optimistic about a sale. Colin and his team put together a strong advertising campaign and set the ball rolling. Despite a collapse in the market and interest rates rising Colin and his team continued to work hard with open homes and many enquirers. Colin even had a couple of private inspections on his days off and after hours. On the day we got the best offer in appalling weather conditions he was still there working.
