David has sold 2 properties for me now. For Western Sydney sales including Parramatta I would only use David and his supporting team at R&W( Rooty Hill branch). Professional, reliable and perseverance during a difficult sale, I have no hesitation in recommending David to others. Excellent work David!

We found David to be extremely approachable and up front when we asked him to appraise our property. He set realistic goals in terms of price and was readily available and responsive when we tried to contact / communicate with him. He worked to get us the result we wanted with minimal fuss and very little effort was required on our behalf. Would highly recommend David. Cameron & Jenny

It was a great pleasure to have Colin Mackenzie come into to my home. He came and spent time talking to me about what price I would get for my home. I was going on holidays at the time, and he said when I was ready to put my house on the market to call him. Colin has been only to happy to answer any question I had. I am a lady on my own had never sold a house before Colin was there to help in any way he could. A Big Thank You to Colin for making selling the family home a lot less stressful . If I ever sell another I will call Colin Thanks Donna Kelleher

During the entire process of valuation, open house and sale of our home Colin's manner was professional, courteous, and considerate. He communicated regularly with us during all stages of the process before during and after sale. We found him to be trustworthy, honest and ethical at all times. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending him to anyone selling their home. Trevor and Dianne Walsh

I may perhaps sound like an advertisement for Roy and his team, but I hope after reading this. you'll appreciate why... We are overseas and therefore bought our third house without having seen it. It is also the first time we have chosen a house based on the real estate agent, not just the house itself! Roy (and his team) showed professional communication and commitment to his/their work. From regular email communication (sometimes very late into the night) to working through Easter long weekend to ensure our inspections are done for us quickly to getting renovation quotes for us... It seems pretty outrageous the lengths they have gone to for us - and they've never even met us before! Roy (and his team's) level of honesty and integrity was incredibly reassuring. Roy was incredibly upfront and open about pricing, offers and negotiation - and this gave us a lot of confidence in them and made our final decision very easy. Their work is clearly important to them because they also show warmth and care in an industry you wouldn't really connect to these two attributes. When you're making such a large decision from so far away, the warmth and care is very appreciated! It also shows that they must all love what they do and from a business owner/teacher, I commend them for this - it makes the experience so much better for everyone they work with. I love that Roy has built a team that is very on par with one another. Every staff member that I have spoken to has shown no less commitment, integrity or professionalism than Roy. Everyone is also in the loop, so no one staff member ever showed a lack of awareness of the details of our sale. This was very impressive because I am sure that our new house was not the only one Roy was selling not at the time. For someone like Roy, who seems very young still, he is clearly building a business based on quality and substance and he's doing a fantastic job - from the bottom of our hearts, we cannot thank you enough!

I found the agents Roy and John to be very helpful and extremely professional in their handling of the property which was sold by them on my behalf. The property in question went on the market in late February, by the 11th of March we had an offer slightly above the bottom end of the guide price we were asking. The agents did a good job with the marketing and kept me informed promptly with any interest shown by potential buyers. If anyone asked me for a recommendation when selling or looking to buy property in this area i would say that Richardson and Wrench did an outstanding job on this property, and would let them know it was a stress free process in what can understandably be an otherwise stressful time in peoples lives. Thanks again r&w you guys will definitely be my first point of contact for future property purchases or sales in this neigbourhood

I've dealt with David Frendo as a buyers agent for many years and I've always found him a professional and informative agent with strong market knowledge. When it came time to sell my investment property I was very confident Dave would do a great job, and he did. He was very informative , and worked hard to get the best price for my property. I would definately recommend David Frendo to anyone wanting to sell their home.
