Our long term tenants recently indicated they were vacating our rental. Within a week Right Choice had organised two inspections and presented us with 3 applications. The property was leased without delay and there was no lost income. Amazing service.

Everything went well. We didn’t have any issues in the re-leasing of a property. We are very happy with the way the property is rented. We are grateful that each prospective renter is carefully evaluated and that we receive photos of the rented property throughout the rental period. We are also happy with how the agency takes care of any issues involved.

The Right Choice Real Estate Property Management Team showed a clear and straight forward approach to the management of my property. From the outset Linda was clear about their objectives and provided the information required and time to consider the proposed management. Since deciding to engage the team for the management of the property I have found the team to provide helpful advice and to carry out their responsibilities in a professional and timely manner. Staff have always been pleasant and happy to provide advice.
