Fast & Efficient new lease
Linda and her team were extremely efficient in establishing a new lease within 3 days after a tenant unexpectedly gave 2 weeks notice to vacate. Their professionalism and re leasing, ensuring detailed photos and description of property, cleanliness was outstanding. Highly recommend Linda and the Albion Park Right Choice team for managing my rental properties.

Competent and Follows Through
Again I had a smooth changeover of tenants. I was kept informed and Wendy was thorough in making sure that the property was clean and well maintained. This involved extra cleaning and repair that I would not have been aware of. She has a keen eye for detail and always follows up to get things done. Wendy professionally went through the applicants, checked references and gave me a short list from which to choose. She is very easy to talk with and I am confident in having her as an agent.

Highly Recommended!
I cannot recommend Wendy and the entire team at Right Choice Real Estate high enough. They have been apart of our property team for 10+ years and I could not imagine having anyone else representing our investment property. Their professionalism, diligence and attention to detail is second to none. They always make themselves available should any questions arise and are only ever a phone call/email away. Wendy and the team have fantastic insight and knowledge when it comes to all aspects of real estate, whether that be; property maintenance, inspections, leasing, tenants, rules and regulations etc. My family looks forward to having Right Choice Real Estate in our corner for many years to come.
