Greatly appreciate the kind and professional support provided by the staff at Robert James Reality, especially Rachelle. She was able to process our application within timeout manner and were very pleased with the property. It feels like home to us. Thanks again.

RJR have managed our investment property for 6 years and throughout that entire period that have been excellent at doing just that - managing our property. We rest easy knowing they are across every detail of the property, from tenants to inspections. They do things when they say they will and all routine inspections and checks are never missed. We would have no hesitation in recommending RJR to manage anytone's property.

Our agent was very organised and managed a seemless transition to a suitable new tenant to avoid any break in tenants or rental income. She always demonstrates a high level of professionalism, organisation and quickly responds to any requests and deals with issues promptly and effectively. Would highly recommend Melissa.
