The Property Managers and staff were very helpful in finding me a new rental property. I am told that I am to pay for the use of water. However, I have not been advised of how much I am to pay and how this relates to the consumption, or when these payments are to be made. I am still waiting to find out. Otherwise, I would give them fave stars.
