I have let Robert James manage my property in Noosa Heads for 5 years and I am very happy! they are reliable, punctual, competent and cost effective. one thing I like about Robert James is the fact they are understanding of my needs as a landlord and completely accomodating with every aspect of the process from advertising a property, to maintaining it and reacting to issues. if I had more properties (I have one at this stage) I would not hesitate in letting Robert James manage them too. Melissa from Robert James looks after my property in Peregian Springs. She has always been prompt in letting me know if any maintenance needs being done and ensures I am always kept up to date. Melissa acts in a professional manner and I know she not only treats me with respect but also my tenants. She has a good judge of character when it comes to tenants, as I have always been happy with her choices.

As first time landlords, we were a bit unsure about the whole process of renting our house out. The rental team at RJR took everything in hand, they quickly found good tenants for us and took care of everything else that needed to be completed. Whilst I'm sure every agent would follow the same process, we were pleasantly surprised (and grateful) at just how fast and efficient the RJR team were at getting it all done with absolutely no stress or work for us. Friendly, professional and highly recommended!!

I am so very happy with Jessica, Allison and the team at Robert James Tewantin. Their professionalism, clear and frequent communication as well as hands on approach to property management has meant that I can now relax, knowing my investment is being well taken care of. They have recently found for me some amazing tenants and I was impressed with the processes they took to ensure the tenants were the right fit. Would highly recommend.
