Marie was just great for us. She was selling our investment unit. She beavered away and planned open houses without needing any input from us yet she was careful and mindful about anything we had mentioned. She kept us up to date and had regular contact with us. When buyers appeared she didn’t cave in or encourage us to take their bid. She stayed clear and strong and got us above the price we wanted. We recommend her.
