We are very happy with the service provided to us by Robert James Realty. We recently had our property updated and leased by Melissa Collins and her team and we were very impressed by their professionalism and ability to get things done quickly and without fuss. The team is also approachable and excellent at handling the many demands of leasing properties. Really happy with everything and thoroughly recommend their services.

From the very start of applying for this property, you were made to feel at ease and could ask any questions over the phone and at the viewing. Friendly, helpful, and approachable. Communication was excellent with clarity from emails.

It is always a stressful experience dealing with agents who are caring for their owners properties, however, in my experience, these guys also respect and acknowledge how stressful it also is for tenants and spell everything out clearly and fairly. Great staff and wonderful experience with the team at RJ Realty.
