We were thinking about renting our apartment in Newcastle when I happened to come across a lovely young lady from Robinson's who was showing clients through another apartment in our building. Having been in real estate myself for over 30 years I was impressed with her approach and how quickly I was then contacted by Julie who inspected our apartment. From there we signed up and a good tenant was found for us the day after we made the apartment available. I'm very happy with the contact since then and feel it's important as we are not in NSW and need to have confidence that our apartment is in good hands. We are both sure it is.

After building a brand new home and all the stresses that entails, it was just fantastic that the team worked together to lease our home in 2 days, and have the new tenants move in the day after it was available for lease!! As first time rental tenants everything to do with signing our tenancy agreement and the obligations both ways were very well explained.
