Everyone I have dealt with has been very professional and pleasant to deal with, especially Karen, Erica. While Karen was on leave I spoke with the Boss and he was great too!

I like the support model employed by Robinson - you are serviced by a team, each looking after an aspect of property management, meaning you always have support available when needed. Excellent communication and proactive property management.

We've moved into a rental and found Robinson to be efficient and flexible in their dealings with us. They are prompt in responding to maintenance requests. As any renter will know, the way an agent works with you when moving out of a rental completes the picture. Happy to return and update this review if/when we move.
